We conducted an employee training trip.

We recently traveled overseas as part of our “Team Building & International Research Project.”

Our destination was Malaysia / Kuala Lumpur.

By working in a local co-working space, conducting market research, and engaging in discussions, we gained fresh perspectives by working in an environment different from our usual workplace.

During the day, we joined sightseeing tours to experience the local culture and history, which provided a valuable opportunity to broaden our horizons.In the evenings, we enjoyed meals together at night markets and restaurants, further strengthening our team bonds.

It was a meaningful training trip that struck a great balance between work and refreshment, serving as a strong source of motivation for our future activities.Moving forward, we will place even greater emphasis on expanding our global outlook and strengthening our international approach in our work.
