Revamp and Security Enhancement of Restaurant Reservation System
We implemented a next-generation reservation system for a company operating multiple restaurants. By fundamentally reassessing the security risks of the previous web system, we established a robust security framework while significantly improving usability. Additionally, centralized management of customer information across multiple locations was achieved, enabling cross-store marketing utilization.

Background
Before the system was introduced, the following issues were present:

Solution
The reservation site underwent a complete design overhaul, creating an intuitive and seamless booking flow. The latest security technologies were implemented on both the frontend and server side, establishing a robust system to protect sensitive customer data. In addition, a dedicated management site was developed to centralize the oversight of operations and reservations across multiple locations, enabling flexible, real-time store management.
